Our code was developed by us - We do not download free open source web site software, such as Drupal, Joomla or Wordpress, as most web designers do. The WebUpdate system was created by us, and has evolved thanks to our web development clients requirements.

We support our development work - Once the website development is completed, if you discover a bug in your site, we will fix it free of charge for 6 months if we can duplicate it.

Because we developed WebUpdate ourselves, we can fix any bugs immediately. You don’t have to wait while a designer goes back to wherever they downloaded your site from, and searches for a solution, then have you pay them to apply it.

We include services regarded as ’extras’ by many other companies. Initial Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Submission (this is automated once the site goes live) is included as part of the design process.

We believe in personal interaction. We’re never ’too busy’ to take the time to answer your call or email, and all of our clients have our home and cell phone contact numbers.

We do not ’nickel and dime’ clients - We give a fixed price based on the chosen WebUpdate model, and stick to it. If a client asks for custom development that we feel could benefit future WebUpdate clients, we build it for them for free!

We use ethical Search Engine Optimization (SEO) practices - We do not use ’Black Hat’ SEO techniques such as hidden text, hidden pages and links, which search engines frown upon. These practices harm your site’s rankings and reputation. Our system was created and has evolved to work within Search Engine guidelines, giving much higher and longer lasting results.
