Terry Young - Original Founder and Current CEO


A former resident of  the UK, Terry Young brought to Internet Marketing and Design almost 25 years training and experience as a Computer Programmer,  with 15 of those in commercial computer generated graphic design.

Over the next 9 years, Internet Marketing and Design's work became ranked as among the best in South East Virginia.

In 2006, Terry's position changed to CEO following the parent company changeover to Brilliant Media Corporation.

During rare free time, Terry and his family love to explore local East Coast waters aboard their sailboat "Forever Young". 

 
David Parrott - Media Development Supervisor



A former software developer in the satellite navigation industry, David has been part of the team since its inception in 1997.

During this time his diverse tasks have included collaborating with DJ (below) in custom software development projects for our clients, but he is also now fulfilling his dreams of musical fame by taking on the fun-filled role of creating excellent music loop tracks for our 'Advertising on Hold' systems.



David lives with his wife Tracey and cat Zak. He relaxes away from his various keyboards by pounding local woodland trails on his full-suspension mountain bike and applying his amateur brick-laying skills to the construction of minor edifices to augment his house...

 
Dave "DJ" O'Neill - Web Applications Development Manager


Better known as "Deeej" to his friends, Dave has almost twenty years' experience in Software Applications Development.

With a first-class degree in Computer Science, Dave has a wide range of software experience, from complex systems developed for the defense and marine navigation industries, to control and management solutions for digital television broadcasting.


Dave lives with his Wife Tara and his son Jake, along with his three cats, and his classic VW Bus (compulsory for the 'surfing' types). When not writing software, he likes to relax by killing and maiming his friends online in "first-person shooter" games.

P.S. He does go outside occasionally!
